Just had the misfortune of the guys rage on the road, very aggressive pretty abusive, I'm a 50 year old woman and the behaviour of this guy was pretty scary, wouldn't have him in my house

Made a call , emailed the company asked for a reply . Called again they said they were busy but that’s an excuse, only an answer or any communication will do !!!. Your brand image has been tarnished. As a company I regarded highly long ago obviously isn’t run by experienced customer facing people. One team wrong direction!!!
