  I found myself in a very difficult situation this week whereby my vehicle was booked in for its MOT but a few days previous it broke down. When I contacted Andrew at In'n'Out Kettering he went more than the extra mile to help. He organised to get the vehicle in, repaired, MOT'd and returned to me the very next day. I cannot thank him enough. Fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend this particular branch and would not hesitate to return in the future. When, like me, you know very little about cars, it's great have somewhere you can go for honest, helpful advice.
