Despicable service, daughter purchased a vinyl album from the kettering branch for my wife's christmas present. Only to find on Christmas day it had not been pressed correctly, so would not play. As this was a Christmas present we had no receipt, on presenting the faulty record to the store they refused to exchange. Buyers beware and you have just lost one loyal customer.
