  Disgusted to have gone into H Samuels in Kettering (a shop in whihc I have spent literally thousands) to buy a watch which was clearly advertised for sale in the window, on a single watch display holder, at £39.99. I asked to buy it and when I got to the till was told the the sale ticket didn't match the watch whihc was actually £59,99, they wouldn't honour the advertised price because the SKU number didn't match the watch! One the SKU number is not clearly visible in the watch holder and two how would I know what the SKU related to? Surely it's normal for a customer to assume the sinlge price on a sinlge watch holder is indeed the price of the watch and when they've made a mistake they should honour the mistake instead of making custommers feel conned!
