  Extremely poor customer service, they do not respond to emails, order was placed and a delivery date given which we are now two weeks past and still no definitive answer when the replacement equipment will be delivered. We strongly dislike having to use this company; however you can only purchase the replacement parts from them. Avoid using them if possible.

  Couldnt have raised all our money without Wicksteed playgrounds help. Nothing ever seemed a problem or too much to ask. They have now delivered our swing park and even with the snow on the ground, the opening day was brilliant. Well done everybody.
